In anticipation of the launch of Tinuiti’s Commerce Operations division, the agency needed new messaging and positioning that would give us the right to win against agencies offering similar solutions.

After conducting audience research, I set to work drafting messaging and positioning for our new webpage and sales enablement materials. The market for Commerce Operations services is crowded, so it was crucial to differentiate Tinuiti as a nimble and affordable alternative.

To align with Tinuiti’s overall brand positioning and our core customer, fast-growing e-commerce brands, I focused website messaging on accelerated business growth with an emphasis on saving time and money through Amazon optimizations.

In addition to Tinuiti’s site, I recognized the need to equip our sales team with updated resources that matched the website’s messaging. I translated our positioning to a sales sheet that focused on our customers’ desire for increased profitability on Amazon.
